Dining with Wilson Pines

Dining room 1

We know that nutrition is a building block to good health. This means that eating three well-balanced meals per day is essential. We have therapeutic and mechanically altered diets as well as therapeutic supplements for those who need a little more nutrition. We also have an exquisitely planned menu for all of your dining needs.

At Wilson Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center we serve three freshly cooked meals every day. If the resident does not care for the meal we are serving, there is always an alternative meal choice. We offer snacks at anytime of the day or night.

Residents have the choice to dine in our dining room or eat in the privacy of their room.

paint 1The primary purpose of the facility’s activity program is to provide our residents with an individualized activity program that is designed to enhance each resident’s quality of life. Our facility provides functions such as games, music, religious services as desired, and entertainment. This encourages socialization and a sense of community for our residents. However, it is recognized that each resident had the right to select and participate in activities of his or her choosing and preferences.coffee club

Throughout the year many outings are planned. The most popular ones are visiting the pumpkin farm around Halloween, the Christmas shopping adventure and the horse and buggy rides.
