James Disney, MD

BIO: Dr. James Disney is originally from Baltimore, Maryland. He earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and completed his medical education and residency training at Johns Hopkins University with a special interest in geriatric psychiatry. Dr. Disney has experience in both general adult and geriatric psychiatry in North Carolina in a variety of outpatient settings as well as performing inpatient and nursing home consultations. Dr. Disney currently is the regional lead for North Carolina Elderly Psychiatric services. In this role he provides collaborative and supervising support for nurse practitioners in Wake, Nash Wilson and surrounding counties.
Brianne Klinger, FNP

BIO: Brianne Klinger received her masters of nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from East Carolina University and has an undergraduate degree in Recreational Therapy. Ms. Klinger has a passion for delivering compassionate and comprehensive psychiatric healthcare to patients in long term care facilities. Ms. Klinger believes in holistic care, utilizing both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions as treatment strategies. She is currently completing her advanced degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at the University of North Carolina and will receive her PMHNP designation this summer. As part of the NCEPS team, Ms. Klinger serves nursing facilities throughout Eastern North Carolina.
